CTC: Middle-Earth Strategy Battle Game Open
Welcome to the Canadian Tabletop Championship ticket sales page.
Through this web commerce portal you will be able to purchase your Middle-Earth Strategy Battle Game (SBG) pass for the CTC gaming convention hosted in Ottawa Ontario between 23-24 May 2026 at the Nepean Sportsplex!
There will be two Middle Earth SBG events this weekend:
- Singles (1v1) on Saturday May 23rd
- Doubles (2v2) on Sunday May 24th
You can purchase a pass for one event ($40) or a pass for both events ($65). All passes include a General Admission bracelet, which grants you access to all three days of the gaming convention and is valued at $15 on its own.

Key information regarding your CTC Middle Earth SBG Championship Open Pass:
- Tournament Organizer: Justin Bertrand and Philippe Gendron .
- The Event Player Pack will be available by April 1st 2026
- 32 players cap for each event
- Each event will have 3 rounds at 2.5 hours per round.
- Open swiss pairing through Best Coast Pairings application (BCP).
- This event ticket includes General Admission for full floor access including vendors and sponsors on Saturday.
- Transferring tickets is free and easy, just email info@ctcgc.org
- All event ticket sales are subject to our CTC Rules and Policies as outlined HERE
- There are no refunds on event tickets after May 1st 2026
You will be manually rostered in the Best Coast Pairings (BCP) app by your Tournament Organizer.
